22 Jun Dialler Optimisation increases call centre capacity by over 30% – CICM conference
ARC Europe and elanev jointly presented to the CICM Conference on the 22nd of June 2018. The presentation outlined the current issues and challenges impacting the UK consumer collections industry and how the elanev dialler solution helps address some of these to increase the capacity of the ARC Europe contact centre by 30%.
The conference was well attended by a diverse variety of organisations. The case study presented by ARC Europe and elanev was well received as a practical example of how modern computing power, good independent data and machine learning can be applied to make a difference to a real business challenge.
The elanev dialler optimisation solution is now live with multiple clients in the UK and about to be deployed in the US.
